To civil registry 1963 as N5471V. Crashed Jun 1981 and rebuilt 1983 as C-GRLR "Flying Undertaker". To N151MR Apr 1985, to N551CB later in 1985. Airworthy as N551CB with Carrier Aviation of Advance, NC, painted as 44-14888 "Glamorous Glen III". Crashed at Lincolnton, NC Sep 6, 2001 after experiencing engine failure. Two people aboard the plane parachuted to safety.
Registration N51CY reserved Feb 8, 2007, so being rebuilt following the accident. N51CY taken up Mar 28, 2007.
