As a former syndicate owner of Juliet Victor, which we later changed for G-AVYM, I simply urge caution regarding loading and weight limits. I found it easy to overload or leave an unsafe margin. With full tanks, three average persons is a guideline realistic weight limit.
Yankee Mike's extra 40hp is very evident both in its ability to be within limits with full tanks and four occupants, and its rate of climb. In my view, an inherently safer aircraft.
