G-BBMO is currently owned and operated by the Mike Oscar Group and based at Wellesbourne Mountford Airfield near Stratford-upon-Avon. The unique aircraft livery relates to the aircrafts' service within RAF Fighter Command - 1954 to 1958 - and rank pennants on the engine cowlings denote the aircraft as having been the one-time personal aircraft of Air Commodore Samuel Charles Elworthy - later Marshal of the Royal Air Force the Lord Elworthy of Timaru - who commanded the Metropolitan Sector of No 11 Group of Fighter Command from Dec 53 to Jan 56.
