Originally built as 44-63864 for the USAF. During the WW2, this machine served with the 78th FG/83rd FS, based at Duxford, UK. To the Swedish Air Force as FV-nr 26158. To the Israeli Air Force as 2338 or 3506. To civil registry as 4X-AIM, and then became SE-BKG. Sold to Fighter Collection of Duxford, UK. Currently G-CBNM but still wears SE-BKG. Became N251L after serving with the Israeli Air Force, and then N42805, SE-BKG, and G-CBNM.
