As of this date NR 12882 has been flown twice. More flying is planned pending weather and some engine tuning. I have been able to document thru FAA records that this aircraft is the original Heath Center Wing Special serial number C-52 and have applied to the FAA to reinstate the registration as Heath.

Since the original entry of comments in Oct. 2005 the restoration of N-12882 has nearly been completed. Minor paint work and taxi testing is all that remains. I will post photo's of the completed aircraft soon. Tim Lunceford

I believe this aircraft is one of the original Center Wings built in 1932, NC-12882. Serial number C-52. A full restoration is nearing completion in the short wing racing version as of this date Oct. 2005. Any comments or information welcome. Tim Lunceford
