I purchased this plane in 1982 from Wells Aircraft in Hutchinson, KS for $50,000. I subsequently ended up selling it to the Chino Air Museum a few years later for $10,000. Although I thought it was a great buy at the time I purchased it and it had tremendous potential for my intended use a commuter airline plane with my company Regency Air, I couldn't afford the maintenance and was forced to sell it. It was and still is an icon and a one of a kind specimen.
