The 19th of February, 2010 approximately about 15:45 HLV of the evening the helicopter registers YV2191 with four (04) persons on board precipitate to land when there was covering the route The Carlota (SVFM) Caracas - Yaracal, been Falcon, Venezuela, the aircraft sinister in the plot " Hoyo Muerto ", in the parish Carayaca, approximately 8 miles to the south of TACOA's electric plant in surroundings of the population of been CARAYACA Vargas, Venezuela.
