This aircraft is pending litigation as aircraft logs are not in possession with current owner.Aircraft was listed on E-Bay,and is not airworthy at this time.Due to expired E.L.T battery.Aircraft has open pending Squawks as owner refuses to replace Spark plugs and filters for a proper service.Buyer be aware,as open items deeming this aircraft un-airworthy.
