From 1978 until August 1994 this FM-2 Wildcat ex Bu. 86690 was displayed in the US Naval Aviation Museum at Pensacola, Florida. It later was displayed in the Personal Courage Wing of the Museum of Flight at Seattle between 2007 and 2011 before being sold to the Shuttleworth Trust at Old Warden, Bedfordshire.
