On the TV series JAG the main character flys a stearman. On one of the shows a flying scene showed the number N555BF on a panel. Is this the same aircraft shown in your photo? The markings on the stearman in Jag had a 153 U S Navy on the fuselage and the rudder was painted with a checker pattern. The 2001 episode was "A New Gun In Town"
