In the mid 1960's this aircraft was owned by Aero Services at North Philadelphia Airport. My Father, Joseph Richardson, Jr. was flying for Ransome or Campbell's Soup at the time. The television show "12 O'clock High" was on ABC and I was quite a fan. Dad knew the B-17 was there and took me to see it. I remember it being painted white and had a something stenciled on the fuselage about mapping the coast of South America. I guess I was quite impressed, as this memory has stayed with me for over 45 years. Please keep it flying.
