Crashed on takeoff about 11:00 AM Pacific Time in Van Nuys, CA. Pilot and co-pilot both killed. Never got above 200 Feet after takeoff. http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/01/12/calif.crash/index.html

Sadly enough, this aircraft crashed today 1/12/07 at around 11am. Flight crew (2) were killed.
