WA829 "ABLE" was allocated to me on 255 Squadron. For some unknown reason Tangmere removed the Flight Refuelling probe and the 245 Sqn markings, blue & yellow checkerboard. This aircraft was used on the viability trials for FR in 1950, quite historic
