N8059X @ Q59 - One spring day at the old Fremont airport in calif. This happened every other year or so. It was very good at keeping the dust down. By the way, 59X is sitting on pallets. Water is 2-3 feet deep.If you didnt move your plane in time, this was next best. - by S B J

N8059X @ L06 - Short stop in Death Valley on the flight from Fremont,Ca. to Lake Havasu,Arizona on Memorial Day weekend in 1983. A very memorable (in my top 25) and satisfying day of flying!!Have found that great flights are not always determined by what you are flying. - by S B J
