N9078E - The difference between the top pic.and bottom (in 1977) is the 15 years that it sat in our garage. My dad never saw 78E fly again. Thanks Dad for the 2K (enjoyable) hours I was fortunate to fly this fine little plane. - by S B J

N9078E - 78E flys south in the Calif central valley.In the distance to the west is seen Mt Diablo (3865 ft)which is the most prominent landmark and can be seen for a hundred miles.On VFR days it made navigation easy. - by S B J

N9078E - 78E after landing on private strip (now closed due in part to a fatal C150 crash) in central calif. around 1994. There were many strips like this in the Mt Hamilton area,most of which are now closed.This strip is now part of Henry Coe state park. - by S B J
