@ Inyokern Airport - The large white building in the center of the picture is the Kodiak hanger at Inyokern. Supposedly named after a type of hanger first built in Alaska, this hanger was built by the U.S. Navy in 1943 when Inyokern was used for ordinance testing. - by Bo Shaw
