This beauty is one of only two examples of the Skyrocket existing, the other being at the Virginia Aviation Museum. Of the two, this is the more genuine.

This little biplane was the hottest machine on the ramp when it was built, in 1929.  Power came from a Wright J-6-7 radial of 225 hp.  Only 3 are still believed to be still flying.

Only eleven of these were built, of which this aircraft is the sole survivor. She is seen on display at the Eagle's Mere Air Museum, Laporte, PA.
