In 1998 this Sikorsky S-76B, owned and operated by Blackbushe-based Air Hanson, took over Royal helicopter flying from the Royal Air Force upon retirement of Wessex HCC.4 helicopters . The helicopter was finished in the maroon, blue and gold colours of the Brigade of Guards with Her Majesty the Queen’s crest surrounded by Garter ribbon aft of the passenger doors.
