78E pictured with my dad (his last plane),sisters and me at an airport near Tracy,Calif. in 1960. As of 2014, I still own & fly 78E.It has been a fantastic relationship!!

N9078E - 78E after landing on private strip (now closed due in part to a fatal C150 crash) in central calif. around 1994. There were many strips like this in the Mt Hamilton area,most of which are now closed.This strip is now part of Henry Coe state park. - by S B J

N9078E @ WVI - 78E on short final at the 20th annual Watsonville flyin.Watsonville on Memorial Day weekend kicked off the flyin season.The following weekend was always the Merced flyin & airshow.In the 70s & 80s they were both not to be missed. - by S B J
