@ New Jerusalem Airport - 05D at 1Q4 with view south. While not much there, it is still as good as it was when built during WW2- for pratice. Had a legal aerobatic box on east side. Over the years, have watched some very good aerobatic pilots and some not so good. - by S B J

@ N32 - Early morning at Blue Swan airport in Sayre, Pa. Have seen far to many nice airports like this disappear in my 45 plus years of flying! How sad. - by S B J

@ Turlock Municipal Airport - 932 at Turlock airport. Alright airport unless keeping your plane clean is important to you. Far more dust in the dry months then I ever encountered before. - by S B J

@ NONE - 78E at a duster strip west of Woodland, Calif. (O41) that I would occasionally land at. Once landed my C150 and was rewarded with 2 nicks in the prop. Never did that again! - by S B J

@ Q59 - From time to time, Fremont airport would go from a land base to a seaplane based airport. Unfortunately for Cub 30472, this was one of those times. The Fremont flight school is seen behind 472. They did not offer any floatplane instruction. - by S B J

@ Q59 - Fremont airport (Calif) at closure in 1986. Strange twist-both planes seen in pic, ( once owned both ) they ended their flying days in Florida not far apart. The 150 due to storm damage & the 172 crashed into the water (9-23-12) off the Florida coast. - by S B J

@ Gravelly Valley Airport - N9078E at Gravelly Valley around 1977-78 and showing a large hangar that was once there. It was gone by the mid 80s. Uncertain if it was a private hangar or not as 1Q5 was an active air tanker base ( during fire season ) at one time. - by S B J
